Join our dynamic team as a Crane Operator, where you will play a vital role in lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment across our 3 lots. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient operations that keep projects on track and teams moving forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of heavy machinery, including cranes and forklifts, contributing to large-scale infrastructure and building projects. Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and other heavy equipment, such as forklifts.
• Safely lift and move materials like steel beams, concrete forms, and large machinery to designated locations on-site.
• Conduct routine inspections of crane systems and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with ground personnel to plan lifting operations and ensure clear communication during complex maneuvers.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and safety records.
• Assist with setup and teardown of crane operations, including rigging and securing loads properly.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating cranes in a construction setting or similar environment.
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery, loaders, dozers, backhoes, excavators, and tankers.
• Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving front loader trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, water trucks or farm machinery is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read load charts and understand mechanical systems related to crane operation.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members on-site.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including rigging and securing loads safely.
