We're Hiring: Construction Superintendent (Multifamily Focus)
Join our team and lead the safe and successful delivery of our multifamily construction projects.
We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who brings strong field leadership, a safety-first mindset, and a proven background in multifamily construction (garden-style, podium, wrap, or similar). This role is key to ensuring our projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities
- Lead multifamily project operations from groundbreaking through turnover
- Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements—safety is non-negotiable
- Conduct daily safety meetings, JHAs, and regular site inspections
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, equipment, and materials
- Maintain field documentation, daily logs, and progress reports
- Coordinate closely with project managers and ownership teams
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience
- Preferred: Strong background managing multifamily construction projects
- Proven success running safe, compliant, injury-free jobsites
- Ability to read plans, anticipate issues, and resolve problems quickly
- Required: OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Preferred: First Aid/CPR and competent-person certifications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
