We are on our way to becoming an even better place for doing business. With our resources and support, nothing can stop businesses and leaders from always reaching higher. We have an amazing opportunity as the VP of Programs within the Chamber's Leadership Foundation.

The Manager of Recruitment will assume primary responsibility for building and managing the participant pipeline across all Leadership Foundation programs.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Manages all phases of application cycles, from portal setup and communications to applicant tracking and committee coordination
  • Delivers clear, timely, and professional communication to applicants and internal partners
  • Maintains accurate, real-time pipeline data and provides weekly updates or dashboards to program and selection teams
  • Coordinates all parties in team-driven strategic recruitment plans
  • Creates and leads face-to-face recruitment engagements and event tabling
  • Responsible for meeting individual KPI/Performance metrics correlated with the Foundation's recruitment and applicant goals

Reporting & Insights

  • Produces clear, meaningful dashboards and reports for program performance, demographics, alumni engagement, recruitment outcomes, and sponsor deliverables
  • Delivers data visualizations that help leaders make strategic decisions
  • Partners with the VP of Programs and other team members to surface trends, patterns, and recommendations based on analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Works with Communications, Programs, and Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, data needs, recruitment content, and participant experience
  • Ensures program systems and recruitment processes integrate smoothly with logistics, curriculum, and alumni engagement workflows
  • Contributes to Foundation and Chamber events and program implementation where needed, providing flexible and reliable support

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in leadership development or organizational learning
  • CRM/Database platform experiences
  • Data management & reporting skills
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and community building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management capabilities
  • Goal-oriented with proven ability to set and achieve targets

WORKING CONDITIONS

Business office environment with professional work attire required in the office and for attendance of all programs, events and/or department meetings. Must be able to travel efficiently to off-site meeting locations throughout the city if required.

This individual will need to work outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to help staff events. These off-hour occasions are typically planned and known in advance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical requirements of the job include sitting at a desk (70% of the time); lifting up to 30 pounds may be required to perform the job duties.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
