About the role:

As a Program Manager - LEU+, you will ensure project standards are in place for a large, complex portfolio of LEU+ sub-programs. This portfolio spans scope, schedule, and cost risk mitigation within LEU+ sub-programs.

You will report to the Director - LEU+ and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Early project focus on setting up integrated program scope, schedule, cost and governing processes.
  • between at least the following LEU+ sub-programs:
  • LEU+ Construction (including LEU+ Manufacturing Building design, licensing, supply chain, manufacturing, processing, construction, and commissioning of a major new facility),
  • ATF/HEF/LEU+ Fuel Engineering (including New Analytical Methods Development, HE/HB Topical Report Submittals/Reviews, LEU+ Fuel Hardware Design and Manufacturing), and
  • Customer-specific First-Time Engineering implementations
  • Direct a small shared-resource team to deliver Overall LEU+ Program goals.
  • Resolve issues on LEU+ sub-programs with customer delivery risk challenges (scope, schedule, cost, and resources).
  • Create project governance processes and executive dashboards for all level complexity LEU+ sub-programs.
  • Mentor team members on project management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • B. Sc. degree in Engineering or other technical-related area. An advanced degree is desirable.
  • 20+ years professional experience in Program and Contract management.
  • 10+ years of project management or program management experience in the nuclear industry
  • PMI Program Manager program certification
  • Project Controls-related certification (scheduling, estimating, earned value, risk)
  • Program and Contract management skills
  • Track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry and related associations.
  • Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and goals.
  • Knowledge of team building, planning techniques, business management principles and practices.
  • Experience developing partner engagement plans
  • Recognize latest critical technical or regulatory issues which would affect project delivery. Raise awareness and develop a recovery plan.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
