Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning is hiring an Assistant Post-Construction Supervisor (APCS) to support our Post-Construction Supervisor in leading a multi-phase apartment cleaning project in Panama City Beach, FL.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone dependable, organized, and able to guide a team while working alongside them. You'll play a vital role in maintaining project flow, reinforcing standards, and ensuring the quality of work across all cleaning phases.

This position is project-based with approximately 3–4 months of work remaining. However, strong candidates may be considered for future projects as Magic Touch expands across Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Post-Construction Supervisor in leading daily team huddles and shift planning
• Train new cleaners on safety, professionalism, and phase cleaning standards (Rough, Final, Puff)
• Maintain pace and quality across the team; lead a split crew when needed
• Track tasks and upload progress photos in the Swept app
• Conduct quality control walkthroughs and ensure corrections are completed
• Manage daily check-in/out of tools and report damage or missing equipment
• Maintain organization of supply room and prep for next-day readiness
• Uphold Magic Touch values of professionalism, accountability, and integrity
• Provide calm, respectful leadership and escalate serious issues to the Post-Construction Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in cleaning (post-construction, residential, janitorial, or turnover)
• Prior experience leading or training a small team (3+ people)
• Comfortable working side-by-side with cleaning crew (this is a working-leader position)
• Able to lift 50 lbs., walk stairs, kneel, and stand for 6–7 hour shifts
• Reliable transportation to Panama City Beach (30–45 minute commute from Panama City)
• Smartphone with data and camera (for using the Swept app)
• Calm under pressure, team-first attitude, and strong communication skills
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM and open to weekend work when needed
• Comfortable working in units without A/C during the rough clean phase

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience on active construction sites
• Familiarity with quality control inspections or punch list follow-ups
• Strong tool tracking or supply organization skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional weekends required to meet deadlines
• Pay: $18/hour (W-2 employee, bi-weekly pay)

• Have you previously led or trained a small crew of 3 or more people in any setting?
