As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team and take the bar to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a top-tier guest experience.
• Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage for peak and off-peak hours.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the GM to create and implement new strategies to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, tracking revenue, costs, and payroll.
• Drive the recruitment and training of new staff members to maintain high service standards.
• Help foster a positive, motivating, and team-oriented work culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a cocktail bar or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Must be 21 years or older.
