Mandatory / Required Skills

• 18+ years of hands-on experience in C#, Web API, .NET Core & .NET Framework
• 8+ years of architecture experience with .NET, Azure, React, and NUnit
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying applications on Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, AKS, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience with Microservices, Containerization, and Data Migration
• 5+ years of unit testing experience using XUnit/NUnit
• Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap
• 12+ years of experience with relational & NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB)
• Deep knowledge of Software Design Principles & Design Patterns
• Proven experience leading architecture for scalable, secure, high-performance .NET applications
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities

Expected Outcome
– Seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with hands on expertise in the .NET technology, Full stack with Data Migrations to lead the end-to-end architecture of the project for legal domain. Responsible for designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions using technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET (Core and Framework), Angular/React, NUnit and Azure. Define and maintain high-level and low-level design documentation, guide implementation according to architectural standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Strong collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs. Establish architectural governance models, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural decisions.

Job / Role Description

• Lead the architectural design and development of .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and implement cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Develop and promote microservices-based solutions, ensuring modularity, reusability, and maintainability.
• Oversee the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with development, product teams and customer to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding practices, and security protocols.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a track record of guiding teams and driving technical initiatives.
• Implement best practices for application performance, security, and scalability.
• Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database indexing.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centered designs and implementations
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team
