What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily aggregate production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance and material flow.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Work Environment
This role is based in a quarry environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
