Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are expanding a network of modern, patient-centered pain management clinics across the United States and seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our nationwide provider team. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in chronic pain treatment and a strong commitment to safe, compliant opioid prescribing.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive pain assessments
• Develop individualized chronic pain treatment plans
• Manage narcotic and non-narcotic medication therapies
• Follow federal and state opioid-prescribing guidelines
• Utilize PDMP systems and maintain strict documentation compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including MDs, therapists, and care coordinators
• Provide ongoing patient education and follow-up care
• Work with an evidence-based, outcomes-driven model

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license in the state of practice (multiple state licenses a plus)
• Current DEA registration (Schedule II authority required)
• Experience in pain management, primary care, orthopedics, PM&R, or similar
• Strong understanding of opioid prescribing laws and compliance
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with physician collaboration available
