About the Opportunity:

The organization is a fully remote, global team developing crypto and blockchain technology products for a diverse user base, including experienced traders, institutions, and newcomers. The Growth Engineering team focuses on building and optimizing user acquisition, activation, and retention systems. This Engineering Manager role leads a cross-functional engineering group responsible for delivering growth-critical features and ensuring the team operates efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities:


• Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional engineering team delivering systems and features for user growth.


• Collaborate with Product and Design to define scope, set priorities, and execute initiatives.


• Maintain project momentum with clear expectations, realistic estimates, and stakeholder communication.


• Provide technical guidance and context to support sound architectural decisions.


• Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and learning within the team.


• Improve team processes and collaboration across time zones.


• Partner with other engineering leaders to share best practices across the Growth organization.

Requirements:


• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality results collaboratively.


• Strong people leadership skills; ability to coach, set context, and empower decision-making.


• Solid technical foundation and ability to participate in design discussions.


• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or similar).


• Product mindset with a focus on user impact and key metrics.


• Clear communication and organizational skills to align engineering and business goals.


• Experience working with distributed, remote-first teams.


• (Nice to have) Experience with analytics, experimentation, or growth tooling.


• (Nice to have) Background in developer experience, SDKs, or internal platforms.


• (Nice to have) Experience scaling teams or processes in high-growth environments.
