WSECU is searching for a highly motivated and energetic leader who will bring their proven leadership skills and passion for people development and community to WSECU's Pullman CUB Branch located at the heart of WSU You'll have the opportunity to join an established team with exciting new opportunities on the horizon. You will play an integral role in the growth of this exciting location, building a top-notch service-driven team, and representing WSECU in office and at various student and campus events throughout the year
This position will be an integral part of growing our branch relationships with the community and members through networking and attending various functions while representing WSECU in the Pullman community.
Your Day May Include
- Effectively leading the daily operations of the branch and providing a positive leadership example
- Coaching and developing employees to support WSECU's Brand Promise
- Providing training to enhance product, sales and service skills
- Conducting and observing coaching sessions and monthly routines
- Ensuring branch is staffed at an efficient level to provide superior member service
- Promoting teamwork by fostering positive communication, integrity, leadership, respect, recognition and accountability to enhance team unity
- Attending and participating in regional meetings and providing staff coordination to support fellow branch needs
- Organizing branch staff meetings
- Working in partnership with WSU faculty & staff to offer products and services to current and arriving students
- Attending and participating in WSU Parent & Student orientation events as well as WSU Welcome Week events to foster WSECU-WSU relationship and support student financial needs throughout the year
- Availability to organize, attend and coordinate WSU week and weekend events
What You Bring To The Team
- High School graduate or equivalent, or greater
- Minimum two (2) years of college or substitute leadership/supervisory experience, year for year
- Minimum of one (1) year of leadership/supervisory experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a retail or service-related position
- Ability to find creative solutions to motivate employees for success
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with existing team members
- Ability to analyze information and form recommendations
- Sales and customer service training
- Team-building skills

- Financial institution experience

- Campus Card / Branch Card Services experience
Competitive pay:
$77, $107,433.08 annually, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
- The target starting pay for this position is $77, $89,527.57 annually, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into
