We are seeking a
Retail Operations Specialist
to join our
Retail Operations Team
at Fossil Group in
Richardson, Texas
. If you are passionate about driving business efficiency and enjoy creating impactful retail processes that enhance the store experience, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will play a key role in streamlining retail operations, improving communication, and ensuring alignment across teams.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key retail initiatives, launches, and events
- Create and manage operational communication tools, including weekly updates, calendars, and key initiative resources
- Collaborate with internal partners and the field to streamline processes and improve execution across stores
- Partner with multiple preferred vendors anchored in high-quality service and value
- Assist with projects such as new store openings, remodels, relocations, and operational pilots
- Analyze business performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and labor productivity to identify trends and opportunities
- Support recognition and engagement programs that reinforce company goals and drive performance
- Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to simplify, improve, and scale operational processes
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Communications, or a related retail support role
- Strong understanding of retail business performance metrics and how KPIs influence results
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and tone
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Programs (experience with SAP, ClickUp)
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to improving processes
