Review and approve proposals to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.

Manage the quote schedule to meet customer deadlines and support estimating needs across all company locations.

Analyze and report on team performance and quoting metrics to senior leadership.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, specifications, codes, and drawings.

Results-driven with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.

Must reside in the Greater Houston area.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and physical/driving requirements.
