Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team This position supports a variety of projects and service requests across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple trades and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues
• Assist with remodeling and renovation projects
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all work meets safety and building standards
• Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance
• Execute carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, doors, cabinetry, and structural repairs

Qualifications:

• Basic tools and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong carpentry skills and experience with tools of the trade
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and property maintenance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed
