Duties

  • Greet clients warmly via phone, email, or in person, establishing a positive rapport from the first interaction
  • Provide personalized customer support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote services, or gather feedback
  • Manage client accounts efficiently through accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
  • Assist clients with transactions such as cash handling and processing payments accurately and securely
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions at all times
  • Support client services by resolving issues promptly and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and enhance overall client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members in a call center environment to meet performance targets and deliver consistent service quality

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is highly desirable
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and communication purposes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across multiple channels
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and maintaining accuracy during transactions
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume interactions
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and contribute to continuous service improvements
