Your Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Collect, launder, and return linens and residents' personal laundry in a timely and organized manner
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures
• Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies as needed
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other departments
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines
• Handle equipment and cleaning supplies properly and safely
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping or Laundry Supervisor

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial work is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• A compassionate, resident-first mindset
• Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols
