Part time: 10/15 hours Weekly.

Schedule: After School Hours 4-7

Teach Us, LLC is currently seeking self-motivated individuals that want to support and foster independence for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavioral Technicians/RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, community or center. Within this role you will be implementing programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills, fine and gross motor skills and more

Get paid to get your RBT certificate Paid training provided ($500 stipend upon completion) and a pay raise after passing the RBT exam. Additional benefits include Weekly pay and 401k Matching

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and their families.
• Ability to provide 1:1 support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
• Physical requirements may vary with each client. Candidates must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
• Implementation of ABA programing including established goals and behavior intervention plans under direction of BCBA.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with BCBA, families, and additional team members to support the needs of the client.
• Accurately collect data and complete short summaries about the therapy session on an online platform.
• Accompany the client in various settings such as in home, community and center locations
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques within a clinical or educational setting.
• Experience in data collection methods relevant to tracking behavioral progress is preferred.
• A strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles will be advantageous.
