Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across the warehouse using our inventory management system.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of all stock.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory movements accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as receiving and shipping, to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Adhere to strict Safety guidelines and company policies, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new inventory control strategies.
- May require occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role. Proficiency with inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics. Understanding of Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
