Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our growing facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Distribution Center Associate, you are the backbone of our logistics chain, ensuring that goods move efficiently through our facility. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all associates to uphold our high standards for Safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
  • Load and unload trucks, palletizing and staging goods as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues.
  • Understand and execute tasks within the broader logistics process.
  • Perform regular Lifting of materials, which may exceed 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to task completion.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and handle frequent Lifting.
  • Dedication to Safety and adherence to all regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
