Our state-of-the-art facility in Durham, North Carolina is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become part of our logistics team. In this role, you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and possess the ability to work effectively in a team. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. You must be capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines is essential.
