Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in sunny Tampa, Florida! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to assist in the daily operations of our bustling warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain efforts, ensuring that goods are managed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting of products.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks within the logistics framework.
