Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a fast-paced role in Fort Worth, Texas? We are hiring an Order Picker to join our dedicated warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. You will utilize scanning equipment and follow specific picking instructions to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are picked to meet order accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular safety training and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties, such as stocking and replenishment.
- Perform tasks that may involve moderate Lifting.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety procedures, including PPE.
- Comfortable with moderate Lifting tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
