Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy.
- Maintain organized storage and replenishment of stock.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Inspect products for damages and discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Physical ability to handle lifting requirements, up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both individually and collaboratively.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Understanding of logistics operations.
