Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Picker/Packer! This integral role ensures that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate specific items using scanners, picking them efficiently, and then carefully packaging them for shipment. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who can maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring order accuracy. This physically demanding position involves significant Lifting and requires a strong focus on Safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on order details.
- Utilize RF scanners to locate items and record picking progress.
- Inspect products for any damage or defects before packaging.
- Package items securely and appropriately for various shipping methods.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product identifiers.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Must be capable of regular and substantial Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse Safety practices.
