Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, including unloading and inspection.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack items securely and label them correctly for shipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment safely as required.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and wear necessary PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Understanding of logistics principles and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED required.
