Become an integral part of our St. Louis, Missouri operations as an Order Picker! We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders. Your role is fundamental to ensuring customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that the correct items are selected and staged for shipment. This position demands accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to workplace Safety. You will work within our logistics environment, handling a variety of products. A key aspect of this role involves physical activity, including regular Lifting. We provide a safe and collaborative atmosphere where your contributions are valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities before fulfillment.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders in designated shipping areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged products.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment for moving items.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and product labels.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to guidelines.
