Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers. This dynamic role is at the forefront of our e-commerce operations, involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be responsible for efficiently processing orders, ensuring product accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Our top priority is a safe working environment, so adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. This role requires you to be on your feet for extended periods and involves regular lifting and moving of packages. Understanding basic logistics principles is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory shelves based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify the contents of each order to ensure accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Practice safe material handling and proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and consistent use of required PPE .
