We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for our San Antonio, Texas location. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, encompassing a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will work closely with a team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to all safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is eager to contribute to our logistics operations. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is key. All employees are expected to wear the provided PPE and follow all established safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting .
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Support the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety .
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
