Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Sacramento, California. This role is integral to our daily operations, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and ensuring customer orders are processed with accuracy and care. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and data entry.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.
  • Load trucks for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper securing of goods.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the consistent use of required PPE.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
