Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our rapidly growing logistics center in Durham, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This includes picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing technology to manage inventory and orders efficiently. Safety is a top priority, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable career in the logistics and e-commerce fulfillment industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training available).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations.
  • Enthusiasm for workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
