Your daily tasks will involve navigating the warehouse, using scanning technology to locate and retrieve items, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity goals and accuracy standards.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or picking role is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for entire shifts.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with RF scanners is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics processes.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Team player mentality and good communication skills.
