Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, performing necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and operational issues.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform physical tasks as needed, which may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Support the overall logistics and operations team by ensuring equipment reliability.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of various types of warehouse machinery and systems.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
