We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to our logistics and fulfillment capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including receiving incoming goods, accurately stocking inventory, meticulously picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for shipment. We are committed to fostering a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Handle lifting of packages and materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions carefully.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Experience with lifting and moving merchandise is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
