Key Responsibilities:
Modifying aircraft structure and interior:
This involves making changes to the internal and external primary and secondary structures and interior furnishings.

Liaising with other departments:
Effective communication with the Engineering Team and external parties is essential.
Technical surveys and 3D scanning:
Gathering data on aircraft to inform design solutions.
Preparing design documentation:
Creating detailed specifications and drawings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering Degree:
A degree in an engineering discipline or related science is typically required.
Knowledge of Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics:
A strong theoretical and practical understanding of these areas is crucial.
CAD Proficiency:
Expertise in 3D modeling and 2D drafting software is essential.
Experience with EASA/CAA Part 21J:
Experience with aircraft design certifications is a significant advantage.
Teamwork and Communication:
The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively is important.
Problem-solving and Critical Thinking:
The ability to analyse situations, identify solutions, and adapt to changing needs is vital.
Specific Experience:
Solidworks prefered
