A leading New York City hospital system is seeking an experienced and passionate ICU Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations within its high-acuity Intensive Care Unit in Brooklyn, NY. Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the daily clinical and operational functions of the ICU
* Supervise and mentor ICU staff nurses to ensure high standards of patient care
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and unit efficiency
* Oversee staffing schedules, budget adherence, and performance evaluations
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NYS DOH standards, and national regulatory bodies
* Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration

Nurse Manager Qualifications:
* Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License – required
* Minimum 5 years of RN experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or charge role within critical care
* BSN required; MSN preferred
* BLS and ACLS certifications – required
