Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making across
healthcare and financial operations
. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, and partner with business and clinical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from healthcare and financial systems Develop dashboards and reports to monitor
operational, clinical, and financial KPIs Analyze trends related to
cost, utilization, revenue, and performance metrics Write and optimize
SQL queries
for data extraction and analysis Support reporting related to
budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Work with healthcare data sources such as
EHR/EMR systems and claims data Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with
HIPAA and internal data standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, and operations
Required Skills
Strong experience with
SQL
and relational databases Advanced
Excel
skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups) Experience with
Tableau, Power BI, Looker
, or similar BI tools Knowledge of
Python or R
for data analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Sprachkenntnisse
