We are actively recruiting for an Order Picker position at our Charlotte, North Carolina distribution center. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and gathering products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that orders are picked correctly and efficiently, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You will utilize handheld scanners and other technology to navigate the warehouse and track your picking progress. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a productive and safe work environment, and your attention to detail is paramount. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Verify picked items against order tickets for accuracy.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and order status.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working at a consistent pace. Prior experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is advantageous. You must be comfortable with physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. A strong emphasis on safety and adherence to all procedures is required. This role is essential for our logistics and fulfillment success, demanding focus and accuracy.
