We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. We pride ourselves on a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
