We are looking for diligent and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our bustling logistics hub in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include loading and unloading shipments, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring that goods move efficiently through our facility. The ideal candidate is hardworking, possesses good physical stamina for tasks involving frequent Lifting, and has a strong commitment to Safety. You will be required to wear all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to strict Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Support overall logistics operations by performing various warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Proficiency in using basic tools and material handling equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with general logistics principles is a plus.
