Become a key player in our Indianapolis, Indiana distribution center as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to manage the picking, packing, and preparation of customer orders. This role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely shipments. You will work in a fast-paced logistics environment, utilizing various warehouse technologies. A strong emphasis on Safety is crucial, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify order details and product codes before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Stage orders for shipment in the designated areas.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
