We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Oklahoma City. This leadership role is critical to overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Your expertise in logistics and inventory management will be essential in optimizing workflows and achieving operational targets. A strong emphasis on Safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for enforcing all safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and risk mitigation. This is a key position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating daily activities of the warehouse team.
- Ensuring efficient receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits.
- Implementing and enforcing Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with PPE requirements.
- Training and mentoring warehouse staff.
- Managing workload distribution and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse.
- Optimizing warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Reporting on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Facilitating effective communication within the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) when necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices.
