We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their items promptly and correctly. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency. You will work within our warehouse, utilizing various tools and systems to fulfill orders. A strong understanding of safety procedures is essential, as is the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items, quantities, and product conditions.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Load and unload products from conveyors or other material handling equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker or Packer is a plus, but not required for eager learners.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
