We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Receiving Clerk to join our busy logistics hub in San Jose, California. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documenting and processing all goods. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying received items against purchase orders, inspecting for damage, and accurately entering data into our inventory management system. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring smooth operations. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting items up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating hand trucks or dollies. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be required to adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
