We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic warehouse team in Seattle, Washington. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You'll be responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders with speed and precision. This includes picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Our team is committed to excellence in logistics, and we need individuals who are proactive and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety protocols. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations. Regular training will be provided to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest warehouse technologies and best practices in inventory management. Your contribution is vital to our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided equipment.
- Inspect items for damage before packaging and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Meet daily performance goals and quality standards.
- Understand and implement effective logistics strategies for order fulfillment.
- Handle lifting of packages up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
