We are actively seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our busy warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and condition of our inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and maintaining precise inventory records using our WMS. This position is crucial for optimizing our **logistics** flow and preventing stock-outs or overstock situations. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and meticulous attention to detail are paramount. You will work closely with other departments to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. We maintain a strong focus on **safety**, and all employees must adhere to **PPE** requirements. The role may involve **Lifting** of up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System.
- Implement and refine inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory levels and report on stock movement.
- Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and production teams.
- Monitor stock for damage, obsolescence, and expiry.
- Ensure adherence to all **safety** standards and **PPE** regulations.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of inventory as needed.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our **logistics** network.
