Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Primary Care (Russian Speaking)

Annual Salary: $110k-$170k (Varies depending on years of experience)

Our client is a well-established outpatient primary care clinic seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their client’s primary care team. This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse adult population. Fluency in Russian is required to meet the needs of the patient community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering comprehensive care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness visits
* Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
* Build strong patient-provider relationships, with a focus on culturally competent care for Russian-speaking patients
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention

Qualifications:
* Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
* Fluency in Russian is required
* Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in primary care preferred (new grads with strong language skills will be considered)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
