Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Are you a strategist who enjoys getting hands on? PayPlan is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and lead our entire social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. This is not just a posting role. You’ll set the direction, shape the strategy for each channel and run paid social campaigns that deliver measurable growth and leads.
You’ll join a growing marketing team with big ambitions for 2026. You’ll have freedom to experiment, introduce new formats and push our brand forward while making sure everything stays compliant and client centered.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing the social strategy for each channel with clear growth and lead targets
Planning and delivering content that fits our tone, audience behaviour and brand
Running paid social campaigns end to end including audience planning and optimisationn Working closely with our PPC and Digital teams to align paid and organic performance
Monitoring insights and shaping improvements that keep channels moving forward
Leading social support for campaigns, product launches and brand activity
Owning social reporting and presenting performance to the Head of Marketing
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing social for a brand or organisation
Strong understanding of paid social tools and performance optimisation
Confident planning and analysing multi-channel content
A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in social trends
Someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands on delivery
