Responsibilities
Maximise value of transactions through sales support, EPR, add‑on sales and seizing opportunities for additional business with existing customers.
Manage sales colleagues, support their continuous development, review performance and enable added‑value activity by securing business opportunities; translate prospective accounts into new customers.
Proactively engage stakeholders, seek opportunities for improvement and maintain effective two‑way communication of customer expectations throughout the branch and wider business.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures; support a ‘safety first’ culture and team/individual wellbeing.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Qualifications & Experience
Team management experience in a sales environment.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Self‑driven attitude with ability to motivate others as part of a team.
Excellent ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
Comfortable working under pressure and demonstrating high standards and expectations.
