As a Logistics Services Representative I in the Canadian Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) team, you will contribute to Starbucks success by meeting the order processing and recovery needs of our customers serviced by supply chain.
**As a Logistics Services Representative I, you will:**
u2022 Maintain contact information in our customer service database. Troubleshoot issues within service level agreements and ensure they are resolved.
u2022 Monitor and resolve all errors and service failure issues for assigned customers.
u2022 Implement and enhance processes.
u2022 Keep abreast of company products and history to communicate to customers while gaining knowledge of future promotions, products and processes.
u2022 Process retail and business unit orders, including tracking status, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems and offering service recovery when needed.
u2022 Support supply chain logistics teams with store readiness procedures, product launches and systems testing. Provide training and coaching to field and internal partners.
u2022 Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal business units, distribution centers and carriers.
u2022 Maintain customer relationships.

u2022 3+ yearsu2019 experience as a customer service representative in a retail, food service, call or customer contact centre environment.
u2022 Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
u2022 Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
u2022 Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and high stress situations.
u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
u2022 Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team.
u2022 Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills.
u2022 Accuracy and attention to detail.
u2022 Demonstrated ability to retain product and technical knowledge.
u2022 Demonstrated ability to retain customer specific requirements.
u2022 Basic knowledge of good inventory practices.
u2022 Ability to work weekends and evenings until 6:30 PM EST
**Compensation & Benefits**
The typical hiring range for this position is $21.59 - $29.24 CAD hourly. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
