*About the Role*
You will treat seniors in their private homes, assisted living, memory care, and residential care communities. Your focus is helping seniors remain safe, confident, and independent where they live.
This is an outpatient-billing role, not a home health agency position. Documentation is completed electronically with the patient, and no notes are taken home.

*Typical Weekly Visits:*
* Part-Time: Minimum of 12
* Full-Time: ~24
*Requirements:*
* Active California Physical Therapist License
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to complete electronic documentation with patients
